Another of the inexpensive women's newsprint magazines, sent around the country as a way to sell products and incidentally keep women in touch with trends. It was published (in 1919) at Floral Life Gardens, Batavia, Illinois. The Library of Congress catalog has a magazine of this title beginning in 1908, from the Central Publishing Company of Springfield, Ohio, which may or may not be the same thing. In the 1920 Newspaper and Magazine Directory (Kastor), they claimed a circulation of 475,000, with a target audience of small town and rural customers; see pages 557 ff for details.
